Refund policy

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact me at tonyjunior.art@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Be sure to include a clear photo of the issue so I can assist you promptly.

Tony Jr. Art cannot accept returns for items that are not damaged or faulty as everything is made to order. Additionally, returns will not be accepted if more than 14 days have passed since delivery.

To initiate a return, you must provide proof of purchase, such as an email confirmation and the order number. Without this, I will not be able to process your return. Once I confirm your return request, UK and international customers will be instructed to return the item via Royal Mail within 7 days.

Gift wrapping, gift boxes, anything gift related are non-refundable as they were made to order as a custom. 

After I receive your return, I will notify you via email to confirm its arrival and discuss the next steps, which may include a replacement, repair, or refund.

Order Cancellations

Due to the handmade and personalized nature of our products, all sales are final. Tony Jr. Art do not accept cancellations, as each item is made specifically for you.

Wrong Address & Reshipments

Tony Jr. Art is not responsible for items once they have shipped. If your package is lost in transit, please contact the postal service directly. If you provide an incorrect shipping address, you must notify me as soon as possible. If I do not hear from you before I ship your package, your item will be shipped to the address provided, and I cannot be held responsible for reshipments or lost packages. For added security, I recommend selecting tracked shipping options to ensure your package is delivered safely.
